Why do I need to sign new terms and conditions?

Whenever we change suppliers, we need to update our terms and conditions. In this instance, we have switched card issuer from PayRNet to Transact Payments Limited, which means any customer that would like to order a Tally Debit Mastercard needs to accept the new terms before doing so.
