Why has my transaction been declined when I have the funds available?

On occasion, we need to block websites flagged as a potential fraud risk. The blocks can be temporary or permanent, and we always endeavour to update you with the latest information as it arises.

In light of this, we’ve taken the precautionary measure to permanently block the use of Tally Debit Mastercards® for making deposits to some multi-currency and trading accounts (e.g. Revolut andcrypto.com). However, many of these platforms allow customers to make deposits by bank transfer, which you can still do via the Tally App.

Tally is neither fiat currency nor a cryptocurrency.
