Why isn't my transaction showing?
Banking regulations, which pertain to all transactions (from payments in error and fraud prevention to anti-money laundering provisions), can sometimes cause delays in resolving transactional issues. As with all money providers, Tally is required to follow these protocols. We appreciate it can be very frustrating when a transaction does not complete as expected, but we are not legally permitted to disclose detailed information.
