What do I do if my Tally Debit Mastercard® has been lost or stolen?

If your Tally Card is lost or stolen, please freeze it immediately by visiting the Account section of your Tally App. You can also contact Tally Support via email (support@tallymoney.com) or phone (+44 203 858 0373) for assistance with freezing your Tally Card and/or ordering a replacement.
If your phone has been lost or stolen, please contact Tally Support so we can lock your account for you.
If both your phone and Tally Card have been lost or stolen, please log in to your account on a different smartphone (such as the phone of a friend or family member) to freeze your Tally Card.
You can also contact Tally Support for assistance with freezing your Tally Card and/or ordering a replacement.
