What do I do if I have lost my card or had it stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately lock your card using the in-app card locking function. You can also get in touch with Tally support via email, chat or call us at 0203 858 0373 so that we can assist you and help you order your replacement card.

If your phone has been lost or stolen, we advise you contact our support team via email or call us so we can lock your account for you.

If your phone and card have been lost or stolen, you can log in to your account on another device (such as the phone of a friend or family member) and immediately lock your card using the in-app card locking function, then contact Tally support via email or call us at 0203 858 0373 so that we can assist you and help you order your replacement card.
